Requirements for Withdrawal

Profile Completion and Documents Submission

TIANYI TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED believes in a fair, safe and secure transaction of the money deposited by its users. In keeping with the security norms certain mandatory requirements are needed to be submitted by the players before they can request a withdrawal. To verify those mandatory requirements players need to submit the below-listed documents to TIANYI TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED

The documents which would be required by GIN Rummy are:

• ID & Address Proof
• Driving License (showing photo, address and DOB)
• Passport (showing photo, address and DOB)
• Aadhar Card (showing photo, address, and DOB)
• Voter ID (showing photo, address, and DOB)

In case you don't have any of the above-mentioned documents, you can submit the following documents:

• ID Proof
• Pan card
• Address Proof
• Electricity Bill
• Telephone Bill

Please Note – If your profile is not complete and verified or the documents are not submitted and/or verified, you will not be able to initiate withdrawal request.

*All our successful withdrawals are processed on Daily basis except Sundays and Bank Holidays.
