A game could get terminated due to inconsistency in internet connection, internet service outage, power outage, adware or malware attack, computer viruses, computer malfunction, any natural disasters or any other failure which is beyond our control – in all such cases of cancellation of the game, TIANYI TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED will not be held responsible. It is hereby understood that you have read these terms and continuing to use our services means you acknowledge and approve the same and you also acknowledge that TIANYI TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED will not be held responsible for any such cause of cancellation of the game and the losses incurred if any due to such a cancellation of the game.
All financial transactions to make a deposit into your account on TIANYI TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, using any financial instrument like credit card, debit card, cash card or any other bank card/s are made through third-party payment gateways. The third party payment gateway is responsible to accept or deny such a transaction/s and all such transactions made by you will be subject to the terms and condition of the third-party payment gateway and TIANYI TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED will not be held responsible for any such denial by the third party.
In case of reversal of amounts if any transacted by you, TIANYI TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED may reverse specific amount of the transaction in full or as specified after deduction of charges if any – this refund of amount will be made only to the financial instrument which was used by you to perform the transaction. You understand and acknowledge that all reversal will be made only to the financial instrument used.
A refund request will only be processed in cases of accidental or erroneous cash credit. TIANYI TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED will independently address to such a request for refund. A refund process will only be executed for genuine cases of accidental or erroneous cash credit. TIANYI TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED will individually investigate such a request and refund for the same will be made within two weeks. All such refund will be remitted to the financial instrument used by you while making the transactions.
Should a 13 card Indian rummy game be cancelled at GinRummy due to a technical glitch at our end, the following games cancellation settlement policy shall be followed. Kindly find that this policy is applicable to players who were on the verge of winning or even won the game at the time of cancellation.
If a Points Rummy Cash Game were to be cancelled due to a technical glitch at our end, the table balance of all participating players would be restored to the amount at the beginning of the cash game and credited back to the each player’s account balance.
In the event of cancellation of a pool rummy game, the sum of entry fees of all the players excluding Gin Rummy’s service charge paid by the players eliminated prior to the round game got cancelled, would equally be distributed to those players remaining in the table. Kindly find that this policy is applicable to players who were on the verge of winning or even won the game at the time of cancellation. Should the game be cancelled during the first round, only the entry fee minus the service charge shall be refunded to the players.
In the event of cancellation of a deals rummy cash game, the sum of entry fees of all the players minus the Gin Rummy’s service charge paid by the players who have been eliminated prior to the round game was cancelled, shall equally be distributed to all the players remaining in the table.
In the event of cancellation of Freeroll Tournament, Gin Rummy has three options to process the settlement:
If the tournament is cancelled prior to its commencement or during the first round, the tournament would remain void and no prizes shall be distributed.
The prize pool reserved for the cancelled round shall equally be distributed among the players qualified from the last completed round.
Prize amount for the all the remaining rounds shall equally be distributed among the players that have qualified from the last completed round.
In the event of a cancellation, the entry fee paid by players who have been eliminated up to the last completed round and the remaining amount shall equally be distributed among players that have qualified from the last completed round.
Gin Rummy reserves the right to change our Games cancellation policy and take decisions at our discretion. We will, however, keep the players informed about any policy changes or decisions to all the players. Players can continue have a safe and secure gaming experience as always.
